The Service Standard.

Billy holds his service to a written standard. If you are not satisfied with the work, part of his commission comes back to you at closing.

A standard, in writing.

With most agents, you cannot really judge the service until the deal is done and the fee is paid. By then it is too late to do anything about it.

Billy flips that. He commits his service standard to writing before the work begins, and he backs it with a personal, written guarantee. The promise is on paper from day one, not implied and not verbal.

He stands behind the work.

Billy sets the standard high and delivers to it. He is confident enough in the work to put his own commission behind it, which is something most agents will never do.

At the closing table, if you are not satisfied and do not feel Billy earned his fee, all or part of it comes back. He offers it in good faith, and he is confident it rarely comes to that.

The Standard

The standard, in plain language.

  • i

Confidence-backed in writing. Billy’s guarantee is a written commitment from an agent with over 900 five-star reviews, a proven process for delivering exceptional results, and a level of service built to stand above the rest from start to finish.

  • ii

Rare for a reason. Few agents are willing to guarantee their own commission. Billy can because his reputation was built on doing the work the right way, transaction after transaction.

  • iii

Earned at the closing table. The guarantee exists because Billy expects to deliver. At closing, if you truly do not feel he earned his fee, he will refund all or part of his commission.

  • iv

Made in good faith. This is a serious commitment, not an open invitation to renegotiate after the work is done. It is offered in good faith and meant to be used the same way.
