Billy O’Keefe has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond (and some) every step of the way during my home search. Navigating a move from CA (where I resided for 29 years) was a challenge but with Billy and Sandrine’s assistance and constant support I felt that I am in good hands every step of the way. Billy and Sandrine made themselves available, (even through the holidays) stayed in constant communication with me, explained everything thoughtfully and made a scary experience peaceful! I am truly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, patience and support and give them my recommendation and complete endorsement! Cannot recommend Billy and his team enough. If you are looking for a home or trying to sell they can help and make it a smooth and easy experience!

Saw Billy’s reviews on Zillow and contacted him by phone. At the time was living in Oro Valley, AZ. Drove up several times and he graciously showed us homes in valley.
Eventually he showed us some property in a gated community which still had some homes being built. He helped close the deal, guiding us through the transaction.
During the construction process I flew up to do an inspection of the framing. Billy attended the inspection, helped me see different items. Helped me find some vendors for additions to the property, attended the closing. He has assisted me on some question a few times since the closing. I gave Billy 5 stars only because they would not let me give more!

Simply the best. Billy and his team, Mashenka and Sandrine, provided superb customer service and went above and beyond to get me into my new home for a great price. Their communication, professionalism, and positive attitude was a breath of fresh air. They made the stressful process of buying a house so simple and pleasant. Even when we were just waiting for title, they provided updates and checked in regularly to make sure I didn’t need anything and didn’t have any questions or concerns. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you again, Billy O’Keefe.

What can I say, my experience with Billy and his team was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was referred to Billy by my real estate agent in California. Living in California and having a rental property in another state can put you at disadvantage when it comes to selling your home. Unless of course you have a Billy on your side. ?? Billy went up and beyond each and every time I needed help with something. The first thing he did for me was to provide me invaluable information on the overall process. Even though we did not have any type of contract, Billy volunteered to meet my tenant, do a walk-through, get my keys, remote, etc., which saved me a lot of time and money. He then referred me to a contractor so that I can get the place ready to sell. At first I was skeptical of the contractor but Billy reassured that he was reliable and that he would do a great job and he was right, the contractor did a great job! He had everything done in less than a week (painting, flooring, fixtures, cleaning, etc.) and gave me a great price! Billy also referred me to an appliance place and to buy a couple of previously owned appliances at a very reasonable rate. Again, me being the skeptic, I didn’t want the appliance people to deliver the appliances without someone there to oversee everything. Simply because I had just installed new flooring and didn’t want to take a chance of them damaging the floor when removing & installing the appliances. So Billy offered to have someone there to oversee everything and put my mind at ease. It may not sound like much, but if I had do all these things, as a woman, and on my own, I would have spent so much time and money looking for contractors, driving to Vegas to meet them, etc. In addition to all the extra things that Billy did for me, he and his staff held my hand and kept me in the loop every step of the way and made my experience easy and stress free. On top of everything else, Billy got me more money than I expected to get and had my home sold AND closed within 2 1/2 weeks! ?????? Some of the things that I value the most as a customer are integrity, communication, and excellent customer service, and Billy and his team far exceeded my expectations in all categories. Additionally, they are professional, kind, thoughtful, personable and a true blessing! I can’t say enough good things about Billy and his staff and I wholeheartedly recommend Billy to anyone that wants to have an amazing experience when buying or selling a their home/property.

Billy and his team were absolutely fantastic when we were buying a house! He, and his team, were always available to answer any questions we had and it didn’t ever seem like we were putting them out! He was great when driving us around looking at houses, and is such a friendly, funny guy! We found our perfect home because of him! He still checks in on us, even after 5 years, to see how we’re doing, even acknowledging our birthdays! If I ever end up selling my house and buying a new one, I would definitely work with Billy and his team again! I highly recommend using Billy and his team! You won’t regret it!
