Today, he is a J.D. candidate at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law and an active Law Clerk at Unit of Risk Legal Advisors. Going back to school wasn’t about adding another title. It was a way to deepen his understanding of contracts, negotiation, risk, and the legal framework behind the work he has already spent a career doing.
It fits the way Billy has always approached real estate: getting to the finish line matters, but getting it right matters more.
Outside of work, Billy is a dad, a lifelong fitness enthusiast and former personal trainer, a serious cook, and someone who has always been fascinated by psychology and what makes people tick.
Las Vegas is where he built his career, raised his family, and made his life. It is the only real estate market he has ever called home.
